AGYNEXA

From a defined task to a decision about operation.

Understand what the team needs, design the workflow, build a pilot and evaluate it. Each stage produces a deliverable showing what has been established and what needs work before the next step.

  1. Define the task

Review the current work, information sources, decision owners and recurring delays or gaps.

Deliverable: requirements, sources, responsibilities, an initial scope and unresolved questions.

  2. Design the workflow

Map inputs, steps and outputs. Define tools, permissions and approval points, then agree on examples of an acceptable result.

Deliverable: a workflow map, acceptance criteria, review points and known exceptions.

  3. Build a focused pilot

Implement the agreed task with suitable data and an appropriate environment. Document what the version supports and what remains outside scope.

Deliverable: a task pilot with documented sources, tools and boundaries.

  4. Evaluate the result

Compare outputs with the acceptance examples. Review missing or conflicting information and connection failures, recording issues and their effect on operation.

Deliverable: results, evidence, open findings and a recommendation to proceed or address them.

  5. Operate and hand over

Prepare monitoring, recovery and usage guidance, with owners for support, follow-up and changes.

Deliverable: operating and handover guidance with support responsibilities within the agreed scope.

Pilot results determine what comes next. A new source, permission or tool is reviewed for its effect on requirements, cost and operating responsibility.
