AGYNEXA builds enterprise AI agents to connect your systems, automate tasks and bring the right knowledge into the work. We design the integrations, permissions and review points around your process, then test the complete path from request to result.

When details are scattered across messages and spreadsheets, review takes longer. Start by defining request requirements and the source for each input, so the owner receives an output they can assess.

An organized request with clear review notes
A useful answer starts with the records your team can trust. We prepare documents, policies and business data for retrieval, preserving source references, versions and access rights. RAG supplies relevant context; extraction turns a document into fields a workflow can check.
The system must also recognize what is missing. Conflicting policies, an outdated record or an unanswered question remain visible instead of being filled with a plausible guess. Enterprise knowledge
A first engagement starts with one recurring task: the request that arrives, the records needed to answer it and the result someone can accept. We turn that into a defined engineering scope. Your team can review the proposed workflow before deciding which business systems to connect.
An integration is a defined action: retrieve an order, check a record, prepare a response or update an authorized field. We specify what each tool accepts, which records it can reach and how its result will be verified.
An agent selects from the tools its session is allowed to use. The workflow tracks state and exceptions, while sensitive changes wait for the responsible person. We introduce autonomous execution only within the scope that testing and policy support.
Agree on the output and its acceptance criteria: a request summary, a discrepancy list or a follow-up draft. Name the approver and the evidence they need to see.
Workflows from the working day
Examples to help you think. Choose a workflow to explore its inputs, the decision that needs a person, and the intended result.
Instead of chasing details across messages, design a path that gathers the team's requirements and surfaces gaps before review.

Customer operations: Resolve service, onboarding, and support journeys end-to-end. We scope the journey across records, channels and responsible teams, including what an agent may resolve and when it must hand over. multilingual, culturally-nuanced chatbots that understand intent can support that journey, with language and handover quality tested against actual cases. Customer operations
Procurement and receivables: Assemble requirements, offers, invoice status and disputes into reviewable work. Separate a recommendation from approval and an approved action from its verified effect. Procurement · Receivables
Industrial and sector workflows: Define improved operational performance through a task that can be measured, such as preparing a maintenance review or resolving a document exception. The process owner sets the target and acceptance cases. Industry scopes

How we approach the work
We map the request, data and decision first. Then we build a bounded path with its integrations and failure cases, and evaluate it with the people who own the process. The pilot determines what can move into operation and what still needs attention.
Delivery covers the agreed architecture, workflow definitions, connectors, acceptance tests and operating guidance. Support and maintenance responsibilities are settled within the project. Our delivery method

Use the public assistant to examine a process with fictional data and prepare a workflow proposal. The local project brief helps collect requirements in a file you review and share yourself.
These public tools do not grant access to company systems. A customer deployment requires verified identity, scoped connections and tested permissions. Open the design assistant · Prepare a project brief

You know your operating boundaries
The person responsible for a decision needs the proposed action, its inputs and the evidence behind it. Approval belongs to that exact version. Changed inputs require a new review; missing authority keeps the action pending.
The system records what a tool returned and checks the final system before reporting success. If a write times out, its effect is unknown until reconciled. AI organizes. Humans decide.
Before you get started
We assess their APIs, permissions, versions and data constraints before proposing a connector. Existing systems remain part of the design where their interfaces support the required work.
AGYNEXA provides custom systems engineering. The public assistant is a design experience; customer tools, identity and persistence are configured and verified for each project.
Agree on the current process, required output and acceptance cases. Evaluate correctness, failure handling and operating cost before expanding scope. We do not promise a saving percentage without measured evidence.
The offer is global. English is the primary site language, with complete Arabic localization. Deployment, data processing and support requirements are agreed for each engagement.
No. It prepares a local file and opens a draft addressed to adham@adham-agritech.com. You review and send the message yourself.
